Here is the 12 Year Old Fiddler Everyone is Talking About

Colin Chandler performs in our Pigeon Forge showWhen you hear Colin Chandler perform, you will have a hard time believing he is only 12 years old. As one of the featured performers at Country Tonite, Colin has consistently amazed audiences with his virtuoso fiddle playing and natural stage presence. After just a few minutes listening to Colin’s blistering fiddling, it is easy to see why many reviewers on TripAdvisor say he was the highlight of our Pigeon Forge show.

Quite a Career

Despite being so young, Colin already has an impressive resume. He has appeared on stage with the legendary Dolly Parton and acted in Dollywood’s exclusive stage show Sha-Kon-O-Hey! Land of Blue Smoke. In 2013, The North American Country Music Association International named Colin the Most Promising Male Instrumentalist of the Year  and Entertainer of the Year. He has also released two albums on which he sings and plays fiddle.

A Real Renaissance Man

As if being a professional fiddle player and singer wasn’t enough, Colin has a host of other talents. In his spare time Colin clog dances, goes hiking, throws knives, and whittles. Additionally, he loves to read and write, and won the Georgia Young Author’s writing contest twice. It is clear that Colin’s star is only beginning to rise, and we look forward to seeing all the amazing things he will do in the future!

The best place to see Colin perform is at our Pigeon Forge show. Combining incredible dancing, toe tapping music, and hilarious comedy, Country Tonite is repeatedly voted the Best Show in the Smokies. Visit our About page to learn more about our fantastic family entertainment!

We saw Country Tonite for the first time in the 12 years we’ve been coming to Pigeon Forge on vacation. We loved the show and it made us wonder why we never came before. You can bet that will be one of our favorite shows from now on. Colin and the young girl to me were the highlights of the show. I think this show the best in the Smokies! My husband thoroughly enjoyed it also.
